Almost two decades on, the loyal clientele of Vanille remains committed to the consistent food & service we strive to provide on a daily basis.
After opening the doors of Café Vanille in the main Street of Pakenham back in 2006, it was soon to become the realization of a dream of a successfully run business for young couple, Pascal & Martine. Their combined skills & expertise in the culinary field together with great passion & motivation, true to themselves, continue to define the best partnership in the management of their business.
In 2012, after 6 years of successfully running Café Vanille, an opportunity came up to establish a second larger shop in the same area due to a fast growing amount of patrons. With little hesitation, this idea was seriously considered & not long after, the project became a reality. This is how Vanille Bistro in Treloar Lane Pakenham was born.
In early 2015, a decision to sell the first ‘Café Vanille’ store, came about due to the owners wanting to put their focus on a sole bigger business. The couple ran Vanille Bistro efficiently for 12 long years, surviving through the challenging times brought about by covid & the lockdown period back in 2020. Following that period luckily business went back to normal soon after.
However in 2024, in search of a whole new challenge, Pascal & Martine made the ultimate decision to sell the Treloar Lane location & embark on a new journey. Now operating under a new business model, the pair are excited to continue to provide their delicious cakes & fulfill their customers catering needs, with all products freshly produced from their commercial kitchen in Beaconsfield.
